We waited for almost an hour and after calling multiple times with no answer, we were told they were out of cars and couldn’t fulfill our reservation.

I sent an email to Green Motion with pictures of how dirty the car was and they never answered my email back.

I was very disappointed in this car rental company. They tried to over sell us in everything. The vehicle they gave us was not the one we booked. We were forced to buy extra insurance which doubled the price. Basically if something looks too good to be true it is!! I told them I wanted a refund but they said because it was a third party booking that wasn’t possible. The vehicle we got was old and banged up. They wanted to charge us an extra $12 per day for GPS and another $12 per day for toll highways. In all we spent $6.00 on tolls the entire week! Go with someone else!!

We waited forever to be served. Employees walked past the line up that was out the door never addressing them or at least acknowledging them and apologizing for their wait. Poor guest engagement
