HORRIBLE!!!! Tout simplement ma PIRE EXPERIENCE en terme de locations de voiture (que je loue régulièrement). Toute l’équipe de l’agence sur place est une bande de voleurs orgénisée et les commentaires sur google le prouve. Je trouve inadmissible qu’une agence comme vous les référence. C’est envoyé vos clients dans la gueule du loup. Ils vous effraient, vous force littéramelement à prendre leurs assurances, et si vous ne vOulez pas vous mettent encore d’avantage de pression. N’imprime pas la bonne feuille de locatin. Ne vous rende pas vos papiers d’identité. Des tas d’erreurs car trop concentré à vous vendre leurs assurances. HONTEUX

“Terrible. Never dealing with your company or Gold Car ever again and advising everyone against it”

Upon pick up, I was informed I would not be handed the keys unless I paid for extra insurance. This was not advised to me at any process of the car rental portion. I ended up paying over $500 more for the car than initially told. Not once was I advised about this.

“Easy rent cars- spot on... Gold car - Very poor service and explanation.”

On arrival, I was made to wait over 40minutes to be seen to, then I had to pay the full insurance premium instead of the deposit as my credit card only had my first name initial, not my full first name, so the car cost me in excess of £500 for 9 days. I still haven’t received my fuel deposit back. The women in reception wasn’t helpful at all, I was made to feel like I was wasting her time - tutting, huffing and puffing... she sternly told me my options were, pay it or cancel the hire and I would lose the £120 I had already paid and stuck in Rome airport with my wife and child at 11pm at night. I will not and will advise friends and family not to be using Gold Car ever again. pissed off is an understatement....
