Aggressive upsetters

Car was fine. Guy at the counter was very aggressive in upselling insurance etc. Made it seem like it wasn't optional. I had to challenge him to get him to remove the extra insurance and he said "we should at least add the breakdown cover for only €5 per day" and made it sound like I had no choice. Was not a pleasant experience.

Ha sido el mejor proceso de alquiler de coche usado hasta ahora. El comercial muy correcto, no pasamos por el estrés habitual de venta de seguros y amenaza de incidentes para convencerme pagar más. Ha sido rápido y el coche muy bien, en perfectas condiciones.

Waited way too long to get the car which in a digital age is ridiculous. Things like driving licence etc can surely be scanned and sent in advance. No chance to review car condition. No one came with us to the car to check condition or to confirm where any existing knocks or scrapes. The result is them claiming an existing scrape was cause by me when we had absolutely no problems with the car. Furious. I have fully comp but that isn’t the point.

J'avais une réservation prévue pour 12h le 28/06. La veille j'ai appelé le numéro de réservations pour prévenir que je prendrais la voiture qu'à 16h, car j'avais un examen a passer. Cette consigne a bien été noté par la centrale de réservations, mais l'agence n'a eu cure de cette consigne et ne m'a pas laissé les clefs et documents à l'hôtel partenaire (puisque l'agence est fermée le samedi après-midi). Bref, déplorable.
