Not bad. Everything is electronic now, and returning the car is simple – you just hand them the keys. They said we'll receive the electronic receipt and deposit refund in two days.

Check-in at the airport counter, then take a shuttle to the store to pick up the car. This is the second time I've used Enterprise in the UK, and they are quite reliable! However, they don't accept the Enterprise driver's license translation template downloaded from QEEQ, they only accept notarized documents!

Automatic car not available despite having paid for an automatic. Were forced to take a manual car - fortunately I have a Manual Lhcence. No discount offered for inconvenience. Very disappointing. Meant my wife was not able to share the driving load with me.
