First time renting a car, randomly assigned to this company. The pickup process was fine, but when I returned the car, I had filled the gas tank, yet they still charged me. When I asked, the staff said they didn't know why. After multiple emails, they finally refunded me. Also, they rented out the car I had reserved to someone else, which was shocking. Unbelievable.

Picked up the car directly at the airport, waited for about four people.

The staff were slow, and they all looked grumpy as if they hadn't slept. It took 40 minutes to get the car, which is longer than passing through US customs.

Jesse, the Avis representative, went above and beyond to assist me securing a rental car as my reservation came in late the night before and there were no cars available the next morning. Jesses tried to reach me and the number on file with Qeeq was incorrect. Within 10minutes, Jesse secured a car for me and I was on my way! In addition, Jesse remedied the intense cleaning fluid smell in the car which would have been difficult to drive 2hrs with the windows closed.
