We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.

We reserved a mid-to-large size SUV, either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but only a Jeep Compass and Ford Edge were available. They downgraded us without a price reduction and promoted many extras like upgrades, GPS, and insurance.
