Overall service was okay, but there was a tire burst and had to exchange the car. The roadside assistance was very slow, and a model worth thousands was taken by the staff from the car. It wasn't placed in lost and found even though it was just a few hours. Sigh.

He briefly mentioned the three levels of insurance, and after I confirmed I only needed the basic coverage, he did not push further. The inspection during return was also very quick, overall a very pleasant experience.
