The customer service guy was really responsible. He first asked if we were safe, then started the troubleshooting. He followed the instructions to check if the issue could be resolved, and when it didn't work, he arranged a tow truck. He also offered us a hotel if we preferred. We chose to stay with the vehicle. Easy process

Very long queue, had to wait a long time. Luckily, there were self-service machines available. The car model didn't match the one in the order at all. It seems like orders made through the agency with discounted prices receive this kind of treatment.
