The service from Alamo was very average, possibly because it's cheap. They don't accept UnionPay cards and there is no Chinese service. There were many people in line and few staff. I clearly chose a large SUV, but upon arrival, I was told I could only rent a small SUV. I originally wanted to rent a Grand Cherokee. I'm not sure whether this was an issue with Zuzuche or ALAMO. Overall, the service experience was really poor!!

Although it is not inside the airport, both picking up and returning the car are very convenient.

The customer service staff in the lobby are generally good.
