At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

It was a very quick process during the pick up as I didn’t need to wait in line for service, everything was done through the computer, I liked the freedom of choosing our car as we were able to spend time looking at the car and deciding which car to pick at our own pace.

Booking was very clear and easy to understand, the price drop didn’t really work for us as the price didn’t drop although the price of our rental was cheap anyways.
