After returning the car, none of the expenses were visible. We bought full insurance for over 900 euros, and after returning the car, we were charged more than 4000 euros additionally. We have no idea what the charges are for, and when we inquired, we were told that the damages were not covered by the insurance. It's outrageous!

Despite all precautions, I was still charged over 1000 euros for insurance without my knowledge. Firstly, they added an additional driver fee of over 300 euros, and upon returning the car, they had me sign and charged me directly, even using the deposit to cover the insurance costs. It was extremely disappointing to be charged an extra 1000 euros for insurance on top of the full coverage I had already purchased. They even switched the car to a French model.

The service was extremely good and enthusiastic.

Great rental experience. The car had a tire issue in the middle, but we went to a service point to change the car. It was a bit inconvenient but still quite good.
