The car was very new, a Ford Galaxy with only 7KM on the odometer. However, it didn't have a parking radar, which can be quite inconvenient for those used to relying on such systems back home.

Car collection took a very long time, well over an hour. Luckily the Firenze staff member greeting us was extremely helpful. The car itself was not great - a button on the fob unlocks the boot and if you are not aware of this then the boot can fly open - happened to us on motorway and those following us were very lucky to avoid collision. Avoid Fiat Qubo!

I booked an A class Benz but at the time of arrival, it was not available. they offered an equivalent choice or an upgrade for a minimal fee for a B class Benz I took the B Class Benz which was a good choice.
