Our language skills are not very good, but the gentleman handling the car rental was very patient. If we didn’t understand something, he would explain it in a different way. We had 3 large suitcases and initially rented a Q3. He pointed out that the suitcases might not fit, so we switched to a Q5, and everything worked perfectly.

The airport shuttle takes only 5 minutes to the rental company. The process on site is quick, just pick a car and go. Returning the car is even more convenient. Just drive in (with a full tank), and the inspection takes just a few minutes. Very convenient.

Although it is not inside the airport, both picking up and returning the car are very convenient.

There are self-service machines, so the process was pretty quick.
