Had to wait for car as did 2 other couples, cars not ready, no big problem.
Car was supposed to be Suzuki Swift, but supplied with MG3, A terrible car nearly sent us deaf, the noise was horrific. If it is used to go to the shops, OK, but on the open road at anything over 80Kph, the road noise was absolutely deafening. By the way a near new car, had limited K,s on it
There was a confusion in the car model when I picked up. I booked for sedan but they gave me a hatchback small one. After explaining and showing my booking pics they changed the car for me.

When we arrived to cairns we needed to wait for more than an hour for the Avis stuff to Give us the car
We order sedan and got hatchback which was very small for our luggage and space for our kids
When we asked for our order they said that is not what we order and that we need to add more money
