The service staff are extremely unprofessional. I rented a car for two days, misplaced a $600 GPS phone, and they charged me $1200. Finally, they admitted the mistake but didn't know when they'd refund me, nor did they apologize.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
