Once again it was a smooth and easy process

The car pickup in Los Angeles was quite smooth; DAN handled the car rental procedures without any hassle. When we reached the pickup location, there were no JEEP Grand Cherokees available, which was a bit disappointing, so we opted for a Nissan Pathfinder instead.

I have been using this rental company for four years. Because I am familiar with them, I continue to choose their services.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

The company has a lot of vehicles, great service, low prices, and the model I chose exceeded my expectations. Thumbs up.

We booked a JEEP Grand Cherokee or similar like the Ford Explorer online, but the staff told us only Santa Fe was available, and there was no negotiation. They were very impatient.
