The service was friendly, and returning the car was quick and easy.

The counter staff was not very friendly when I was picking up the car. They immediately recommended an upgrade, and when I declined, their attitude worsened. They then suggested buying additional insurance, and when I refused, they started mumbling. Now, Alamo offers self-service kiosks with Chinese language options, so I recommend using the self-service machines.

The content to fill in for self-service car pickup is a bit much. Other than the inconvenience of input, it was generally okay.

Very bad experience. An African American staff member added roadside assistance insurance without asking and charged my credit card. When I refused, he was extremely rude and didn't explain how to pick up the car. We were kicked out of the service desk and spent almost two hours finding the pickup location.
