“Con Interrent si pero cuidado con lo que se firma”

estoy muy molesta porque a pesar de que le pregunté en 3 ocasiones a quien me atendió sobre lo que me cobraban de retención por gasolina, me confirmó por 3 veces que se me devolvería toda la cantidad y es más al devolverlo volví a preguntarlo y me confirmaron que me devolverían el total menos 0.99€ de gastos de gestión. hoy he mirado mi cuenta y me han devuelto 16€ menos . Engañan a todo el mundo y yo devolví el coche 3 hs antes, con el tanque lleno y en perfectas condiciones. Ya me paso con la empresa Del Paso que no cobntrataré mas con ellos y con Goldcar ya me ha pasado en otra ocasión y si siguen igual tampoco contrataré mas con ellos

The Main problem was at the Airport. The Interrent pick up was advertised as being on site and Interrent supposedly shared an office with Europ car. In fact Interrent do not share with Europ car, and the pick up location is off site and has to be reached by a shuttle bus, which I specifically didn't want to do. The car hire aspect once at the office was pretty good & the car was fine and quite new. Drop off was very effecient.
Four days after my holiday they send me the invoice fo €30 because antenna was missing , very poor customer service , that think should be check with the customer or advise before rent .
Never ever again with them , €30 from every customer that's good extra income for company
The worse experience ever! I rent a car through your company a few years ago in Portugal and didn’t have any problems. Ms Lorena at the desk in Mallorca airport gave me the worse customer service I have ever experience. On Friday 8th Feb I rented a car online. I was charged over £10. Terms and conditions said £800 of deposit was going to be blocked on my card. At the airport the woman said to me it’s £1500, when I asked her why there is nothing about it online and it’s not okay she didn’t have an answer. Then I said that I have my own annual insurance and she said you don’t accept it and I have to pay extra. I asked her if someone would go with me to the car to do the check in. She said: „no, you have to go by yourself and if there is any damage this is your problem”. Unacceptable!! I told her: „I’m sorry but I don’t like your attitude” and she replied „And I don’t like your attitude”. I decided to rent a car from AVIS where I got a great deal and I experienced an amazing customer service. I’m a travel blogger and I’ll mention that situation in my upcoming vlog for sure. I’m so disappointed especially that I always recommended interent. Never again.
