Great!

Alamo in Los Angeles is good. I rented a standard car, but it seems the company didn’t have this model, so I ended up choosing a Camry from the full-size options.

Auto pickup was very convenient, but the return time was quite long. It could be because it was night and only one counter was open.

A good company. They have self-service machines but our credit card didn't work, so we had to queue.

The car seemed to have an electrical fault of sorts - we were worried it would break down a few times! The vehicle was relatively clean but there were lots of window smudges on the inside and out, and there wasn’t much washer liquid left to clean them. They seem to add on a lot of additional charges at the counter which aren’t particularly well advertised when you book it. We ended up spending as much at the front desk as we paid to originally hire the car so it ended up being twice as expensive as we thought it would be.
