But this time, I was assisted by an older Indian man whose attitude was extremely cold, filled with arrogance and disdain. He insisted we provide a translation of the license. Later, we switched to a white service agent, and we didn't need any of that—just signed and took the car. The mindset of Indian and Pakistani staff really needs to be adjusted. During the drop-off, they insisted that we write down the mileage, which was never required before.

The staff at Alamo did not push for insurance sales, and the procedures were handled very quickly and smoothly.
