It took three hours to pick up the car, with various demands to purchase insurance. When returning the car, they initially charged over a hundred dollars more, and it took more than an hour to get the refund.
The personal that attended to us were so kindless and the give us a better car than we had hired for the same price. They advised to us to use hire the machine to pay tolls directly....it was a great idea !!!!

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.
