I will never use Routes ever again ... absolutely the most unorganized experience I've ever seen with a rental care company. And I've even rented with a mom-pop shop in Hawaii.
You have to pack your patience as they are very understaffed. The staff we felt with were good but there seemed to be a few disgruntled customers around us.
This is the second time we’ve used Routes in Orlando and they’ve been great for us!
We’ve had great cars both times and gotten an amazing deal each time as well!
Like: Service staff was great, car upgrade was good, thank god for GPS for finding our way to and from the office location, shuttle driver back to the airport was outstanding Dislike: confusion on airport pickup, no indication that we had to call for a shuttle. could use more staff at the desk to expedite pickup and dropoff

OFFICE WAS OVERWELMED, BUT I TOOK IT IN STRIDE CONSIDERING THE VOLUME AND CLIENTS IN FRONT OF ME.
