Fine platform. Not all info correct on site eg hire if booster seat only cost $30 not the $65 quoted on site.

Was a little difficult with language. We are kiwis and all staff Asian descent. We did not really know about the 3rd party insurance arrangement. When we brought no excess insurance the thought of having to pay an excess and then claim it back sounded a little dodgy. thankfully we had no incidents.

It was an old car, I couldn’t even use apple play. The deposit money will be refunded in 20 days which is too long, while other rentals would just take for 5 days.

Vehicle was not ready for pick up upon arrival Vehicle booked for 9am I was running late Arrived at 10am and still had to wait 30 mins while vehicle was being cleaned from previous customer

Like: Excellent value for 2 day rental of a small older car for visiting friends and family in Auckland. Great Rentals site is easy to find using a navigator on vehicle return as it's close to the Southern and South Western motorways.
Dislike: Distance from the airport takes a bit of extra time, but was OK as a compromise for a better priced weekend rental.
