I use QEEQ every year when traveling abroad and have been a loyal customer for many years. Overall, the experience has been excellent!

The service from the rental company was satisfactory. However, during the 9-day rental from Houston to New Orleans, the car had two issues, requiring two vehicle replacements. One was due to the engine warning light turning on, and the other was a flat tire with no spare tire in the trunk.

The store is relatively small, not many people, so the queue time was very short.
