I waited for half an hour in the parking lot to get the car. The service attitude was good, and they promised to refund 30 euros as compensation. It's been three days since I returned the car, and I haven't received the refund yet. The gas tank was not full when I picked up the car, and the staff promised to reimburse me for the difference when I returned it. However, the parking lot was too dark, so the recording was just for peace of mind.

Despite all precautions, I was still charged over 1000 euros for insurance without my knowledge. Firstly, they added an additional driver fee of over 300 euros, and upon returning the car, they had me sign and charged me directly, even using the deposit to cover the insurance costs. It was extremely disappointing to be charged an extra 1000 euros for insurance on top of the full coverage I had already purchased. They even switched the car to a French model.

The process was very fast, and the staff provided a paper guide that made picking up the car convenient.

The car was quite small, and in France, they gave us a car with Dutch license plates. Luckily, there were no driving restrictions in France.
