When returning the car, I left my handbag on the driver's seat and forgot to take it with me. Multiple phone calls yielded no results. Later, we sought help from another company's staff who managed to retrieve it for us. However, $900 in cash from the bag was missing (other documents and cards were still there). Calls to the manager also went unanswered. What kind of terrible attitude is this?

Decided not to switch because I didn’t want to walk back inside with two little ones. Car had 36,000 miles and ran fine, even though I was told on the phone my rental would likely have under 5000 miles on it.
