The overall service is very standardized, no need to worry about any issues, everything is well-managed and systematic.

Few people, the staff were very patient and did not try to sell us anything. They provided a detailed explanation and demonstration of the vehicle.

I won’t never ever book cars with Hertz especially in UK. Rigid staff, poor customer services and don’t even ponder long q waiting to pick up the cars as staffs just take their own sweet time to process the booking. Totally waste of time as we q for almost 2 hours for less than 20 people in line. From counter to ground staffs, all are very arrogant and unfriendly at all. Even the shuttle service to terminal takes ages to come and not really care whether u r catching your flight schedule. I never had such bad experience with Hertz in other countries over the world. Sorry, yes ruin my day
