The service was quite good, and there wasn't much need to queue. However, due to vehicle issues, it took over an hour to get the car.

The service is very convenient, and the staff at the airport location are very friendly and professional. They quickly completed the paperwork, and I got the car. The car was in great condition and very clean. Minor scratches were noted upon pickup, but they didn't check them when I returned the car. Returning the car was easy; since it was at a different parking lot from the terminal, the company drove us to the terminal, saving us the hassle of carrying luggage on the shuttle.
