They didn't speak English, making communication impossible. Eventually, another store's staff had to help us. This is a terrible rental company. Do not be swayed by reviews. Having just returned home, I can confirm they are very bad.

When returning the car an hour early, we were asked to pay a 3 Euro early return fee, which was unheard of. The staff barely spoke English, making communication difficult.
