Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. The rental company has a large selection of cars, so there's plenty to choose from when picking up the car.

I still prefer Alamo for car rentals in the USA. The office is spacious, with self-check-in and self-service car selection. You can choose your favorite and familiar compact model from several options when picking up the car. Returning the car is quick!

ALAMO's basic services are adequate, with shuttle buses and decent online customer service. However, they didn't provide sufficient information about the car and its location. The parking lot staff were also inadequate and unclear, merely suggesting to pick any car. Follow-up inquiries about refueling were difficult as their phone lines were almost never answered.

The front desk said the booked car model was not available and tried to upsell a more expensive model instead of trying to solve the issue within the booking terms!
