Overall, it was okay. Communication during pickup wasn't smooth; the staff were not very patient and had an average attitude, but there were no major issues. Returning the car was relatively simple.

Pretty good overall, but they were quite pushy with upselling. We kept saying we didn't need it. The Frankfurt counter was a bit further away from the others, had to walk a few extra steps.

The car ended up costing me more than expected because they gave me a vehicle that had just under a half a tank. I complained because I know how hard it is to bring back a car with less than a full tank. I ended up filling up the vehicle and giving it back with 30% more gas than I received it. This is BS and I will never do that again, if Enterprise wont give me a car with a full tank I will not rent a car from them again.
