I waited close to an HOUR just to have someone come to the counter to begin my car pick up. It was already reserved It felt as if I was being "sold" extras: do you want to add: gps, prepaid gas, insurance seemed to be a hugh issue since I had my own. MORE SIGNAGE needed for the pickup location. Shuttle Service was fine!

The car was fine, the over charges noted below says a lot. Staff at counter did not care

My reservation was cancelled , even though my flight was early, and they had cars available. I was told I would have to go online to get another reservation and then I would have to wait an Additional 30 minutes for it to show up in her system even though I had waited 30 minutes for the shuttle and another 30 at the counter. Staff was rude and did not even apologize. No one could find out why it was cancelled. Van driver was friendly. Wasted almost 2 hrs. Took the shuttle back and walked right up to another counter to get a car (perfect driving record, over 25, and rent frequently) Thought I would try this company. Never again and have already took friends to Never rent, or Park there, ever.

My initial invoice and my final invoice was 500%more expensive. I will not use or recommande Green Motion.

I will be returning to the green motion facility soon and in the meantime, I will pass on my positive experience to those I know who will be renting in San Diego. Thanks again!
