Self-Drive in Los Angeles

This car is really worn out. I thought it must be at least 10 years old, but then I saw the key and it’s a 2022 model. Shocking!! I can't even upload a photo?!

I booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but they gave me a selection of very poor SUVs. In the end, I could only choose a Mitsubishi Outlander, an SUV that costs less than 200,000 RMB in China and has very poor power. I paid a lot extra to choose a Grand Cherokee. If cheap and expensive cars are treated the same, then why differentiate them during booking??? Very unreasonable.
