Pretty good. I left a bag in the car when I swapped vehicles. The rental company mailed it back to me after I returned to my country. Quite unexpected.
Returning the car was fast, but the provided return address couldn't be found using Google Maps or other maps commonly used in the US. It would direct you to another address 3-4 kilometers away.
The car's condition is good, but the model differed from the reserved one, and it was slightly smaller.
