It's disheartening, and my complaint emails to the company led nowhere. A few years ago, full insurance was not this expensive, but now it is almost as costly as the rental itself. Such practices contribute to the rising costs for both rental companies and users. In the end, it is us who pay the price. Based on my personal experience, I advise everyone to steer clear of such companies.

Everything was going well until the drop off where they told me that the trunk cover was missing. The vehicle never had a trunk cover to begin with so now I have to deal with the company because they want to charge me €300 for a missing trunk cover that was never there.
