The car provided was an Opel Corsa, which was very fuel-efficient. There were significant scratches on the front and rear doors on the right side, but they did not affect functionality. The counter staff was extremely friendly and patient, providing detailed instructions. After being given the car key, I went to the parking lot to find the car myself. One issue worth mentioning is that the car condition report noted damage on the front and rear doors on the right side when I picked it up. As I was alone, I didn't check the wheels carefully. Fortunately, the video I recorded captured two large scratches on the two rims (why hadn't the rental company identified this earlier?). When returning the car, the staff requested proof of the wheel condition at the time of pickup. Luckily, I had the video evidence, so no compensation was needed. For vehicles with existing damage, make sure to inspect more carefully and take photos of every part as documentation.

Everything was great, no problems with with the car or staff, deposits worked well, everything explained properly. No challenge with damage or fuel. Great service to and from airport.

The pickup location was a nightmare to find with the directions on the confirmation. Had to call to find directions to bus. Staff at Centauro desk were rude and too worried about saying goodbye to work mates to focus on customer service. The lady at drop off was nice and helpful.

I booked a compact station wagon through easy rent. easy rent booked me a compact car and not a station wagon. I called to complain and email and have not heard back! Terrible service. Had to pay more money for the car I had originally booked.
