Staff were simply brilliant. I have never enjoyed picking up a car so much. Genuine personal service arguing about cars. Would have been quite happy to have stayed for longer

Your app and log in is poor. Translation of English is poor “how many luggages you brought” is not English. Customer support is not 24/7 in chat. But the system works.

Машина оказалась отличная, но вместо автомата хотели выдать механику, что было неприемлемо, учитывая оплаченный автомат, вместо гибрида дали дизель (не страшно), девушка менеджер либо не опытна, либо не достаточно сообразительна, в офис не дозвониться

the insurance was not clear...they need to be clear with that we were 2, just one driver was in the contract we had to pay extra for a 2nd driver and that not normal

had a problem with the snow chains / Socks, they gave me only 2 and they were all torn. I was refunded for the socks but couldn't go on mountains as to go back to office to change the socks was a 3hr drive that didn't make sense!!
