Very satisfied. I booked a manual car, but they provided an automatic one at the store. It was very fuel-efficient, consuming only about 4-5 liters per 100 kilometers.

Great price options and service. The only comment is on insurance. I was told at budget that in case of accident, I will be billed for 1500 pounds and the claim will have to be processed seperately by qeeq. They recommended to buy the insurance directly from them.
The car had damage in the tyres the rubber was damaged, fortunately i took a photo, because when i came back they try to charge me.
Also I whent thro a road that i had to pay when it os pic hour, and i paid the same day. Anyway AVIS thought that i did not paid so the charged me. Again i have proof that i paid so i claimed the money back. Just 5 pounds but... why do i have to pay twice.
In total 2 Big mistakes in my opinion.

First time i’d Hired a car .. I was nervous but turned out to be easy enough
I did wax the car and hoover the car due to making it clean and not have water marks on the car and hoovered due to bits in the car that’s why I gave a good not excellent ( i’m Not complaining just saying)
I would hire a car from you again due to been easy
