The staff tried to upsell other models and added extra insurance without informing us. The tablet screen was very small, making it difficult to understand the specialized terms in the English contract. The staff did not inform us of the additional insurance costs and kept urging us to sign. This resulted in us being overcharged more than 600 dollars for insurance. The waiting time in line was too long.

1- My flight arrived early by half an hour, and they didn't allow me to pick up the car. The reservation was for 6 PM, and the return was scheduled for 7 AM in two days, but they charged me for a full three days and even made me queue up again. 2- The staff was unfriendly. They added extra insurance for damage and roadside assistance to the invoice. I told them I didn't need it, and they finally canceled it. They told me they added it because you can't buy such insurance abroad. 3- I've rented cars abroad multiple times. Typically, if the same class of cars are not available, they offer a free upgrade. This time, they downgraded me. I hurriedly drove the car out of the airport, only to realize later that I had booked a Ford Focus but was given a Ford Fiesta. After checking on the rental platform, it was indeed a downgrade. Complaining only led to a reconsideration. In summary, this was the most disappointing car rental experience I've had abroad, and it was my first time using this rental platform. Using an agent made me feel inferior. In the future, I will book directly myself. Also, never use Budget again!!

Pick up needs to be faster

Great and easy service

La voiture a été très vite récupérée. Cependant, le personnel américain ne parle pas français donc il faut s'adapter avec des applications sur téléphone pour traduire toutes les explications , toutes les subtilités des assurances supplémentaires, ...ou faire confiance ! En ce qui concerne le GPS, il faut le prendre en supplément car il n'est pas de série etil est indispensable pour se déplacer dans des grandes villes comme Los Angeles ou San Diego ou traverser la vallée de la mort.... Mais le prix est exorbitant...200€ pour deux semaines, surtout quand vous vous rendez compte que le GPS bugue régulièrement !!! En ce qui concerne la voiture, RAS, elle nous a conduit partout ou nous avons souhaité aller. C'est un très bon véhicule. Le retour s'est effectué très facilement et sans problème. Très bonne expérience.
