Overall, I was fairly satisfied with the service attitude. However, there was a hiccup where QEEQ provided an incorrect pickup address. The MEX representative on the phone had a heavy Spanish accent and wasn't familiar with Mexico City, so I couldn't understand the city pickup location he provided, only understood that we could pick up the car at the airport branch. Eventually, with the helpful assistance of our Airbnb host, we called MEX again and communicated in Spanish. They wrote down the nearest rental location for us, and after a morning of confusion, we finally picked up the car.

There were issues with the car rental order, and the vehicle had extensive damage that wasn't repaired before renting it out. I also encountered a problem where the car wouldn't start due to a dead battery, which wasted a lot of my travel time awaiting rescue and a replacement car. I suggest not choosing this company.

Me rentaron un carro con falla, me dejo tirado en la carretera y si asistencia vial tardo más de 5 horas para auxiliarme y a final del día me quieren cobrar a mi las averías del carro. No cumple con el seguro que además de estar más caro que en otras compañías otras compañías si te reembolsan el pago del seguro y está no. Además de exponer mi vida dejándome varado en la carretera me dan un vehículo que no revisaron mecánicamente solo estetica y eso casi hace que tenga un accidente

Gracias por el apoyo pero si continúan trabajando con empresas como MEX RENT A CAR los clientes dejaran de confiar en ustedes por compañías tan malas y poco éticas como esta

Amazing service. They ask you sign a bond but it is totally refundable. Really good service and I was able to drop off things at the office too. I would DEFINITELY use MEX again. Gente amable, eficaz y capaz a brindar un excelente servicio al cliente. FRED
