There was basically no service when picking up the car. They just gave me the keys and a parking location, so I had to find the car myself. Only after asking did they provide me with a paper receipt. I found noticeable scratches on both sides of the car. I had to figure out how to use the car controls on my own. When returning the car, there was no one to inspect it; you just leave the keys as instructed and can leave.

ロンドン ビクトリアコーチステーションの受付カウンターはすぐにわかったが、車両がエレベーターのない立体駐車場の4階で、そこまで、大きなスーツケースを車道のスロープを使って運ばなければいけなかった。
返却がヒースロー空港第5ターミナルで、原則、満タン返しとのことであったが、近くのGSがわからず、給油できなかった。近くのGSの案内（地図等）があれば良かった。
