When we asked Zuzuche to check, they replied it was because we picked up the car a day earlier, just one day! The plane arrived early, so we picked up the car at 7:00 instead of the planned 7:30. If extra charges were necessary, they should have informed us in advance.

The customer service was a bit slow during pickup, and they only tried to sell me roadside assistance, which I didn't buy. I had filled it up before returning, and only after showing the fuel receipt was the charge waived.
