However, by 6:40, a staff member came to inform us the car was ready. The process was fast, and the car was in great condition—only around 6,000 kilometers driven. They noticed I had already purchased insurance through QEEQ and just gave me some claims tips without any upselling. Returning the car was also very convenient.

Excellent service
