Overall it was fine, with a bit of an Italian feel. The car provided had at least ten scratches, but the dealer had pointed out the damaged spots beforehand. Overall experience was okay.

Very efficient

Upon returning the car, they claimed there were scratches, but it was obvious that the scratches were pre-existing. They said it was our fault for not taking pictures when renting the car and charged us 180 euros. It's really frustrating.

Smaller car than anticipated. The location of the car was a LONG way away from the office at Bari airport and difficult to find upon return in the dark and heavy rain.

When dropping off the car they immediately found some almost invisible very small dent which is invisible to the untrained eye. It wass dent (not a scratch) of maybe 0,5mm over 5cm. For sure it must have been on the car when I picked it up. Anyway I had to pay 295 EUR for damages while I never had any damage caused myself.
