This company has a lot of cars. In Rome, a female staff member refused to rent me a car, claiming my Hague certification was less than a year old, and her attitude was terrible. She requested a 13-euro tip, and I gave her a bit more, as I thought it was reasonable considering she solved my problem. There was no staff present to inspect the car during pickup, and the tire was underinflated. I had to spend 15 euros on tire repair and inflation, which was not reimbursed. Overall, the car's condition was acceptable. However, the rental contract seemed somewhat informal.
