Very bad, they kept pushing me to buy insurance! They also added refueling charges without my consent, even though it was optional. The rental agreement included return fees and taxes, but they still charged me an inter-city fee and taxes. Extremely poor service!!! Do not go there!!!!!!

Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the rental store very late and there was no line. The car we got was the same model we booked, without any free upgrade. They tried to sell us insurance, but because QEEQ had reminded me via email beforehand, I insisted on not taking those extra insurances. One thing I didn't understand is why renting the Epass through the company costs $19 per day, while at other companies it was only $3-5 per day. Therefore, I didn't rent it, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the vehicle wasn't very new, and the trunk wouldn't close properly. Returning the car was simple and quick, overall it was satisfactory.

The optionson the mid size SUV were limited. There were 2 vehicles that fit the description in my opinion and neither had keys. The others were merely hatchbacks but according to Dollar were part of the same group. We complained and were given the next group up. Happy in the end.
