The car matched my expectations.
The shuttle bus to and from the airport would have been pleasant if the air conditioning on the shuttle had been adequate.
Instead it was a very hot and unpleasant 30 minute ride to and from the rent a car in the middle of hot summer days. A/C on the shuttle bus was on but not cooling.
“I will not be using FOX again if I have an option.”

The car was dirty both inside and out. I do understand that for the price we paid that we could not expect the perfect car, but we received a car where the inside padding above the driver's side of the car door kept falling out.
Although I provided an international insurance cover on the day, I was sold another cover because the person at the counter gave my wife the impression that we were not at all covered and I had to take out another insurance on the day.
I dont know why I was charged for insurance when I didnt need it. Speaking to many people where I was staying all rented and said they didnt get it cause you dont need it but the agent at the counter said I had no choice to. I find this very unprofessional of him

Like I said the service was TERRIBLE we waited in line for over 2 hours and the employee we had was nasty
