I've always rented from this company. Budget is serviced at the Avis counter across the street. Though they are the same company, Budget's cars often have some issues, like cracks in the windshield. If you don't mind spending more, go with Avis or Hertz.
I was in a hurry when picking up the car and didn't notice the fuel gauge wasn't full, it was about one bar short. Realized it after driving a few kilometers, so I didn't bother to go back.
Car was fine although I booked a smaller size of vehicle than we would usually use.
GPS was awful, would constantly provide wrong directions or would make us do a Uturn to find out we had to turn around again after having followed the directions.
