QEEQ changed my booking from Eurocar to Times. The Times staff was nice on the pick-up and drop-off but TERRIBLE with their flexibility.

Car was very new but staff could have explained the GPS in English as well as the till card better. We had to request for settings to be adjusted and then again there was some language barrier.

“Good car and good service from Times rental cars”
About Europcar: 8.3 /10
We had issues with our IDP which wasn't dated (error by Post Office in the UK) but it took an hour to convince Europcar/Times to accept it was valid. Otherwise the Times staff were helpful and the return drop off details very good.
About QEEQ: 8.0 /10
Easy to book the car and one way hire options better than competitors- but hire overall was expensive vs other countries. Plus cost of tolls was not pointed out upfront.

“Good deal, efficient service”

Like: Responsive to booking and requests. Good that deal included extra driver and GPS (English) thrown in for free. It was also easy to extend the car for a day at a reaonable charge.
