Very easy process and great service.

The French staff were very polite and had great service. They kept apologizing because the process was slow during pickup.

The queue was very short.

The service staff in Paris were nice. However, the car did not have a USB charging port; it seemed to be type-C, so keep that in mind. The car had Google Maps installed, and once you log in with the same account as your phone app, you can send navigation routes directly to the car. The car return process is self-service.

The service staff at AVIS in France were very enthusiastic. They loaned me a brand-new Mercedes. The Mercedes there performs better than the same class in China because it uses diesel, which is available at all French gas stations. The return location is at the airport. Renting and returning at different locations costs the same.
